Service Description

Labiyk is a digital platform that connects clients who wish to request Umrah Albadal (Umrah performed on behalf of someone else) with performers who are verified to carry out the Umrah in Makkah.

• Clients can submit requests, make secure payments, and track progress.
• Performers can accept requests, perform the Umrah, and provide proof of completion.
• Labiyk acts only as a trusted intermediary between both parties.

User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use the app.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account.
• Any false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or impersonate another person.
• Any actions taken through your account are your responsibility.

Use of the Platform

• The app must be used only for lawful and Islamic-compliant purposes.
• Clients must submit genuine Umrah requests and pay the required service fees.
• Performers must complete the Umrah with honesty, following Islamic guidelines, and provide accurate proof of completion.
• Users are prohibited from using the app for fraud, impersonation, or any illegal activities.

Payments and Fees

• All payments must be made through the secure channels provided within the platform.
• Service fees and prices may vary and will be displayed clearly before confirmation.
• Labiyk may charge administrative or transaction fees as part of the service.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Clients may cancel requests within the allowed time frame stated in the app.
• Refunds, if applicable, will follow Labiyk’s refund policy.
• Labiyk reserves the right to reject refund claims that do not meet the terms.

Verification and Trust

• All performers are subject to identity and eligibility verification.
• Labiyk has the right to approve, suspend, or remove any account that violates trust and safety standards.
